Another study, this time conducted by Harvard University, found that in 85% of cases, a job or a promotion happened because of a person’s attitude, and only in 15% because of how many facts and figures he knew.

All trainers at TraNc will compulsorily undergo 200 hours of training every year on the latest training techniques, learning models and methodologies. Before conducting training programs, they have to be certified by the core group headed by our Director Dr Nanditesh Nilay, a renowned & reputed luminary in the training & consulting fraternity. His credentials include a doctorate in Image Building, ICSSR fellow, NLP practitioner from American Society of NLP, UGC NET qualified, certified in sales training by New Horizons USA, ISTD member, freelance writer …to name a few.
